Endlessly immersive!
I listen whenever I can to The Film Buds! I only listen to a few podcasts out there, I have my favs and that's it, and this is one of them without a doubt. Chloe is a total dear, so cute and smart. She is a nice balance to Henry who is very much a guy lol, but mostly in a good way. He's prob one of the funniest people -- maybe ever. Has so many great deadpan deliveries/responses that Idk if the other hosts catch most of the time, but I die laughing sometimes. Chloe keeps him on track in various ways, and she brings baggage to the reviews in the sense she likes to acknowledge the background of the movie with possible controversial figures involved, stories, etc., and that can effect her reviews which is good. But then she complements Henry well because he's clearly open to liking everything and giving a good/understandable reason for it (idk how, but he does it haha). So they bring very refreshing aspects to the table. Plus their plethora of guests and buddies are amazing, too. Makes you feel like you're apart of a big friend group that you've never met before. Never Stop Stopping, you dorks :pRead full review »

These podcasters are very good. Within a familiar style but personalities are quite unique. The girl is maybe at times a little too quick to judge things but she's still pretty smart about going about it. And the main guy is smart but aloof occasionally. It passes the time for sure.Read full review »

Lately my life has been kind of rough, and I've been going through a number of different podcasts to try and find a group that feels authentic and fun and not super "studio-sounding", just normal, everyday friends that make you feel like you're part of their group. And The Film...Read full review »
