You won't be disappointed.
I've been listening to this podcast since January and I've found it to be funny, smart, thoughtful, and generally grounded in thorough analysis. I feel like all of the critics give each movie a fair shot and room to breathe regardless of their personal predispositions toward the film makers. I will say the recent addition of Amanda has brought only good things to an already great film podcast as she and the host, Brian, bounce off of each other well and counter the general cynicism of Nick and Danny. All of these critics are obviously intelligent and this podcast is laced with as much witty humor as it is with provoking analysis. As an artist, humanities major, and film lover I don't feel out of place at all while listening to these people discuss every foreseeable angle of wide releases and independent films. This is very much worth your time.

Really enjoyable film podcast. The hosts are thoughtful, have strong opinions, and aren't afraid to argue their points.

As someone that studied theory, I LOVE it when critics talk as much about a film as they do about their job critiquing it, the obstacles, the intrigues, and the joys of it.
