“AJ delves into the mind of his guests and asks the right questions to get the conversation going. He always asks the questions that I'm thinking about and really gets his guest speaker to elaborate on the topic or thought brought into conversation. There's not a lot of podcasts that talk about job hunting or interviewing and I think has really brought things into perspective. I always learn something different each episode. I've learned over time while job hunting that each recruiter is different and looks at the recruiting cycle or has a different recruting style. I enjoy AJs podcasts, especially on my way to work.
