Round 18 (TOUR Champ)
Group Play Format for “Round of 72” and “Round of 36”
Groups of 4 play 1v1 round-robin 18-hole stroke-play matches
Metrics for group wins, ties, and losses
Win 1v1 match = 3 pts
Tie 1v1 match = 1 pt
Loss 1v1 match = 0 pts
*Group tie breakers:
Most under par aggregate
Sudden-death playoff
Head-to-head
PLAYOFFS | ROUND OF 72 presented by FEDEX at the St. Jude Classic
Thursday | Play-In Tourney
65-72 seeds play 18-hole stroke-play
Top 4 of 8 advance
Friday—Saturday I Group Play
seeds 1-4 receive BYES
seeds 5-68 play 1v1 round-robin 18-hole stroke-play matches in (16) groups of 4
groups determined by draw from "pots"
Pot 1: seeds 5-20
Pot 3: seeds 37-52
Pot 2: seeds 21-36
Pot 4: seeds 53-68/72
*draw occurs on Tuesday before Play-In
32 Group qualifiers and 1-4 seeds advance to Round of 36
Player that manages the lowest score to par over the three days earns title as "Round of 72 Medalist"
If "medalist" did not qualify through group play, they are added to Round of 32 play-in

“Been following RickRunGood for years and love his stuff. This show is on my weekly rotation now but was noticing sometimes the audio quality isn’t great. Hopefully that’s something they’re working on. Other than that- keep it up!”
