“For the love of God, how can you not listen to your recordings and recognize how obvious it is you are drunk. I just listened to the Linda LaRoche episode and it wasn’t the first episode post-Billy that made it unbearable, it was all of the egregious slurring. There are many recommendations listeners have made that just aren’t possible, like altering your voices or breathing patterns, but to not podcast drunk has been said so many times yet it continues. It’s so disrespectful to the victims and the stories you are telling. When you can’t properly pronounce names, years, etc, it makes it seem like those details aren’t important to you when they are important to the families and victims. I’m all for drinking with your friend, have-at-it, but, when you start to slur, stop recording or stop drinking.”
