Great info- thought provoking too!
I really enjoyed the latest episode and felt like (unfortunately) I could relate to a lot of what Norah has gone through- antibiotics causing lasting digestive issues, being told “nothing is wrong” when knowing something is wrong, etc. my hormones are out of whack and it was interesting to hear that stopping intense exercise really helped to reset the system. Thanks for all of the great info ladies!
