I share my personal journey of self-realization, beginning at the age of 18, where I encountered fear, insecurity, and the struggle of self-perception. I explore the pursuit of perfection as a response to self-hatred and the realization that perfection isn't the antidote. I discuss the experience of self-hate, existential crisis, and depersonalization, and what it’s like to forget who you are. I then describe the transformative shift from self-hate to self-love, emphasizing the three essential elements that facilitated this change: the understanding that there's no such thing as good and bad, using systems theory for forgiveness and acceptance, and understanding what you actually want. I further elaborate on the influence of systems theory on self-perception and the role it plays in acceptance and forgiveness, emphasizing that all systems move towards coherence, organization, and energetic efficiency.
