Honest, human, intentional
Refreshingly honest, human, and intentional. As a therapist, Flynn has a clear philosophy and underlying message to his content, but it stands apart and comes to life as he models it himself with anecdotes and genuine conversation about his own experiences, as in episode 1 with his girlfriend [ low key manager] Emily. His willingness to acknowledge and expose his own growth moments shows the power of relating to oneself in an grounded, secure way.

Flynn’s content is an amazing tool for self reflection. He hits on the dusty corners you may be hiding in your life experience, and from my experience those parts are the key to true juicy expansion. He’s friendly, genuine, and inspiring. I’m excited for more episodes to come!
