I was introduced to the podcast by a PT who was trying to get me to look at the big picture. I now look forward to a Tuesday and on the whole get something from every podcast. I feel I am kinder to myself and look at food in a different way. Keep up the gd work!!!

I love these podcasts! No nonsense but plenty of empathy in Scott's approach, which really is the gold standard in any coach, and the way he asks questions of the guests is fantastic.
