Superb
Listened to a lot of these podcasts and they are very good and stand up well in the market place. I listen to a lot on health and nutrition and Scott and guests tell it as it is. No sensationalism just plain facts and info. Ep 47 is well worth a listen. If you are new to this, start at 47 and then go back to the others. For the record, i do not know Scott :-) im just someone who has lost 5 stone and is very interested in health and fitness for normal people.

I was introduced to the podcast by a PT who was trying to get me to look at the big picture. I now look forward to a Tuesday and on the whole get something from every podcast. I feel I am kinder to myself and look at food in a different way. Keep up the gd work!!!
