great podcast very informative!
Very good sensible advice for both PT and client. Delves a little into the psychology, competing, latest research, consistency and balance. Very much enjoyed listening as always. Not pushing information at the listener but explaining things in detail so that they make perfect sense and backing everything up with research. Anyone that has been a personal trainer can relate to this one. Realy like the food for fitness website too!
