World class advice, well delivered.
Although the subject of podcast 14 was broadly aligned with my thoughts about my own nutrition and exercise regime, this podcast expanded and deepened my approach, not only to this element of life but many other aspects of how I go about my daily life. Absolutely world class advice delivered in very listen-able way, like a good book I couldn't put it down.
