More science than 'Bro science', excellent!
The Food for Fitness podcasts are full of evidence based advice that is easy to understand. A wide range of topics are discussed, not just those related to diet and fitness to help you improve your physical health but mental health also, which I found very refreshing! There is something for everyone. Really worth a listen!
