“Absolutely loved this podcast when Iain Macintosh was hosting but feel a little lost with the new path it is taking.
The conversation is a little more reductive now, the questioning of guests is a little less probing and the new segment about training players in a new position is quite painful to listen to, as you have to suffer Tony and RDF literally just reading out five different attribute values, for six different players repeatedly. “His decisions are 13, his anticipation is 12, his dribbling is 9, his stamina is 14” rinse and repeat for 10-15 mins…I can use a search filter on a database guys! Tell me something I don’t know!
Maybe it makes for a better watch on YouTube, but I’ve got to the point I just fast forward through that bit now.
It is a shame.
Letters is still strong however as love hearing from the community and big fan of producer Steve!
Five stars for what is what, three stars for what it is now.”
