The Spiritualist Spark Is Ignited Anew
A genuinely fascinating audio drama, with a stellar cast. It’s clear a lot of research went into forming this story of the pioneers of the spiritualist movement (with artistic license of course). The story is a spellbinding saga, and in the hands of Mulligan and the talented production team, it weaves a mesmerising tapestry of history, intrigue and the ethereal. My only complaint is that there isn’t a season two. Whether you’re a history enthusiast, a fan of the supernatural, or simply someone looking for an enchanting audio journey, this is one to knock twice on.
