The wonderful interviews are ruined by the host constantly reminding us it was his ‘dad’. Just stop interjecting and let the interviews be heard. As an archive of Frost this would be great, his sons constant unnecessary interjections annoys.

Great article in today’s Times made me binge series 1. Great presentation obviously runs in the Frost family and is a great homage to Wilf’s Dad. Shame that the current PM and his acolytes can’t face such rapier like questions today but is great to hear David Frost in his pomp and us an excellent...Read full review »

I really appreciate being able to hear from their own mouths and not just a narration of events. A wonderful podcast that I'm sure your father would be proud of.Read full review »

This podcast is great I remember watching your dad years ago. A great way to re-visit history. Thank you for your hard work and sharing your dad with us once again!

This is a truly wonderful and timely series of podcasts. Beautifully produced and researched, Wilfred Frost deftly weaves together these archive gems. What’s remarkable is - as Frost Jr observes - how much resonates with today’s fractured US landscape, on race and women and culture wars. What’s...Read full review »

Much, much more please. This podcast is essential listening as it in many ways mirrors today. BUT hearing articulate, thoughtful politicians, considered responses, intelligent non-sensationalist journalists is nothing if not refreshing. We used to think. We used to talk.

Growing up in the 80s/90s David Frost’s voice was a soundtrack to my interest in current affairs and politics. Any student of politics should tune in, as the lessons are even more relevant to today. Thanks to the Frost family for the generously sharing.

Why oh why can’t we have this kind of long format interviews anymore? Kudos to Wilf Frost and his team for brilliant curatorship and editing. The i Heart ads are ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE tho.

Absolutely loved this series! Engaging, well formatted, and so relevant to what’s going on today. Only complaint is that the “I heart radio” ads are especially terrible. But can’t complain too much for getting such great content for free. Hoping they decide to make more seasons 🤞🏻

I really miss this kind of interview. Frost had time to ask, listen and respond. It’s hard to argue with the feeling that with better shows like his format we’d not be in the reality TV nightmare of Trump that we are at the moment. A great podcast.

Wilfred I follow you on CNBC and did not know David Frost was your father. The only thing I have against you is that you are an Arsenal fan and I am a Liverpool fan. But joking aside I know your father interviewed the Shah of Iran and was wondering if there are any tapes from that time that did...Read full review »

Especially enjoyed the episode on race with James Baldwin and Stokely Carmichael and Jesse Owens. Really well woven together interviews.

A superb podcast which is very apt for these times in many ways. Sir David was a giant in his day and his son has done an exceptional job putting these tapes together.

Absolutely superb. So relevant to what we’re experiencing today. 1968 = 2020.

Super interesting, it’s sad that here we are some 50+ years later and we are still bringing/battling the same topics we were back then. Just crazy!!

What a pleasure hearing the US politicians of the past discuss and share their views on issues we still have in the US today. Excellently produced. What an amazing human David Frost was and that his legacy can live on today.

I love hearing these old interviews in the context of today. Wow a lot has changed, but A LOT has stayed the same. Thank you for digging these up and putting them together for us to hear and reflect on.

Awesome man and amazing insight in to the repetitive nature of the political and celebrity world in which we live now, before and no doubt in the future
