I Love it! LOOOOOVE it.
These two girls are absolutely great to listen to, they are both educational AND entertaining (when Kyle called Erin Chef boy-ar-dee, I giggled out loud in my office haha!) and their podcast came along at the perfect time. I am just starting to REALLY focus more on bettering myself from the inside out, making my self care a priority, basically, just being the best I can be with what I have and what I know. To be honest, I don't know much about nutrition, I applaud myself for eating cliff bars (which thanks to these gals, I now know is really not the best idea..) I eat a full head of celery paired with a FULL jar of blue cheese dressing.. Because they cancel each other out.. right? ... um no, Brooke, that is false. Anyways, I am seriously lacking the knowledge behind what my body needs, and I love that they explain WHY this is so important. Also, they explain it in terms I understand without using all the medical jargon that I would need a dictionary for. Since I've been listening, I've really been paying more attention to what my body is telling me, and I really do need to be reminded of how important self care is. If I am not healthy.. How can I "funk'tion" properly and feel good doing so..? Thanks girls, I will continue to listen and spread the word. Love you two! <3 <3Read full review »

I hope we do not become the hypochondriac that Erin appears to be. If you are easily triggered or susceptible to excess over analyzing of your bodily functions, this is not the podcast for you. Erin may have health issues that she has taken control of, but our bodies are not as fragile as she...Read full review »
