I am so grateful to have had Doctor Allen as my HS chiropractor. He helped me overcome so many injuries and not only that- he EDUCATED me. I know most of what to do now from him and I am so excited to dive into all these podcasts. So happy that this is here. Sharing the knowledge is incredible.

These two hosts really know their stuff. They ramble sometimes but there's a lot of good info here for anyone who cares to learn about biomechanics.Read full review »

Scientific and interesting. Sometimes long, boring and (for me) too detailed about biomechanical stuff. But I guess that's the point...

These guys are the real deal. Informative, interesting, educational, entertaining and even, somehow relaxing. My favorite podcast by far. Currently working my way through them all!

My running career ended with injuries and faulty biomechanics. Thus began an eight years search for answers with uninformed podiatrists, orthopedics, and therapists -- who only want to put a bandage on the pain and can't answer the question "Why?" You Gait Guys are a godsend! You not...Read full review »

Thank you so much for these podcasts. If I was based in the USA I would come and see the Gait Guys personally, but as I am stuck in sunny England, these podcasts are a godsend!

As a life long sprinter with plenty of hamstring injuries, Achilles and arch problems with plenty of localized explanations its great to listen to some really smart guys who give fully body mechanic explanations and fixes. Wish I had someone like them talking to me in HS.
