You’re movement is dope man! It’s sounds cliche, but you’re an inspiration man. I follow you on multiple platforms and now I’m following your lead and putting my money where my mouth is buy investing in my wellness beyond physical. But your podcast is the strongest platform yet! Thank you for the keys you give my guy! I’ve been following you for over a year now, you’re a beautiful dude man (PAUSE lol) your vision is a blessing, 5 years younger than you, and we have similar upbringing but when it comes to this wellness thing you are a man I emulate! Keep doing this man. I’ve been playing double Dutch with my health for some years, I got sleep apnea back in college because of weight gain, & have to use a CPAP to sleep , DR. said losing 30-40 pounds could take me off. I stood 329Lbs in March, and currently 307, and off of blood pressure pills, that sounds like progress but I’m 30 bro, i shouldn’t have been in the first place, but you keep me going man. You’re giving us all the keys I just have to get it in the door and unlock the door to the other side of that fear, and I bet in 2020 I’ll be a guest on the Podcast 😂✊🏿 Mark my words!
