Let me start by saying I find you to be a wise man. Your gift of weaving the realities of the world around us into a logical conclusion for our beloved Nation's future is astounding. Thank you for sharing your thoughts and wisdom.
That said, I would like to understand your specific Mormon beliefs. I'm a Christian but have studied Mormonism. I mean no disrespect, but I have many problems with the Book of Mormon and the foundational beliefs many Mormons have. I know it's not PC to ask about religious beliefs in today's society. Many believe we must keep it separate from our political conversations. As a Christian, I find that nearly impossible without omitting the fundamental logic behind my political positions.
Again, I mean no disrespect. My only intention is to better understand where your coming from. Given the unprecedented times this country is in, I believe it's of utter importance to begin to introduce the reasons why we have a moral compass.
