POLITICO reporter and Global Insider author Ryan Heath spoke with the Council's co-chairs—Jonas Gahr Støre, Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Norway, and Dr. Rajiv J. Shah, President of The Rockefeller Foundation—about the Council's role in helping accelerate and scale clean energy transitions, and maintaining momentum in tackling emissions targets.
