“This is an excellent podcast, and I'm glad I stumbled onto it a few months ago. I am so glad that people like Yascha are speaking up for liberal values during a period when both the right and the left are rapidly jettisoning time-honored liberal democratic principles in pursuit of short-term 'wins'. I fear, though, that this podcast is more like a group of lonely voices crying out into the wilderness. I've been really alarmed of late of how so many people on the left (where I'm from) have become dismissive, even contemptuous of liberal values, and so I worry that folks like Yascha might be on the losing end of history here. Still, I suppose the lost causes are the only ones truly worth fighting for. Keep fighting the good fight!”Read full review »
