Using Chants & Mantras To Change Your Energy - Spiritual Scientist Madhur-Nain Webster
Listen now
Growing up in an ashram, Madhur-Nain was immersed in deep spirituality from an early age, falling asleep to the sound of chanting in her parent's yoga classes in the late 70’s. Because the world of yoga, spiritual awakening, and mindfulness can be filled with strange habits and rituals Madhur-Nain has worked hard in integrating science, research, and psychology into the world of eastern yogic technology. Her work has created a full practice with a waiting list year-round and the government of Taiwan hired her to train their doctors and psychiatrists in meditation therapy. She's also certified internationally in yoga and meditation instruction. In her book The Stressless Brain, Madhur-Nain draws on a wide array of scientific studies, spiritual traditions, and her own 22 years of professional experience to share practical, actionable ways you can shift your thinking, change how you see yourself, and strengthen your self-esteem to name a few.
