Therapy for moms!!
If you’re a mom, you need to be listening to this!! I’ve never been to a psychologist, so I can’t say it’s like therapy, but it really has a therapeutic effect. Where has this podcast been all my life, what have I been doing ??😂 Absolutely love this podcast, I’m a mom and its really awesome to have a safe, no judgement space. Being a mom is flippen hard and its awesome to know we’re in this together!!!
