“I especially enjoyed the relaxed approach of this podcast, it makes you feeel as though Kola were chatting casually by your side in a cafe - this makes you feel at ease and uplifted somewhat. I found the content to be brilliantly thought out, well organised and offering practical how-to's that can be implemented straight away.
