For me, it missed the mark
You might assume that an interview with a notorious, brutal double-murderer would be a controversial topic and after listening to the Malcom M episode I would agree that was the case. I felt that any purpose to quality journalism (sorry, “essaying”) was missed, or simply never existed, and instead an echo chamber of self-excusing drivel ensued. What I took away from this podcast was a kinder, gentler approach towards myself as inspired by the exchange I have just endured. I now no longer need to look internally for the reasons of my habitual snacking with one-hand-in-the-fridge, it’s possible, it is temporary insanity. That car I gave two fingers to this morning? Most likely, temporary insanity. And yes I farted in church last week, get over it, I was temporarily insane. I’m also available for interview all day, every day for a riveting look into my world.

Great podcast but if you want to get the new ones, you need to subscribe to `the guardian`s posts`, this particular podcast hasn`t been updated since June 2013.
