No idea what appropriation is
Dating shows and sub woofers are commercial products meant to be sold to a large consumer audience anywhere. Dating shows are a part of Western culture that is meant to be sold, otherwise it wouldn't be so ludicrous, and very recent. They're NOT the same as yoga or martial arts which are practices. And to my knowledge there's no colonial violent history behind sub woofers or the spread of yoga (though tea in itself is a different story). This was an asinine comparison to make and your "oh we'll suffer backlash, but we're out here to have a true conversation, woe is me!" Posturing only makes it worse. Don't feel so sorry for yourself for something that hasn't happened and won't ever happen and maybe like minded listeners won't scoff and turn the podcast off.Read full review »

Token has just the right tone. It's so enjoyable and informative. The Offence Free Zone is a great idea. Excellent guests and excellent topics. The hosts have very soothing voices too.Read full review »
