Interesting and Inspiring
Very interesting and inspiring content on habits. Hope there will be some more episodes in the future. Btw, a good way to „train the vagus nerve“ or more generally the parasympathetic nervous system as mentioned in the episode with Dr Laborde is Autogenic Training. (See Wikipedia)

So so enjoying your podcasts Brian . You ask some great questions, have an engaging interview style and so far have had some really interesting guests . I am really intrigued with this whole area of habits so I struck gold finding this podcast . Well done 🙌🙌🙌
