“This was so informative! I had never heard to warm up the muscles you are going to use by doing sets of the exercise without weight (or light weight). I have always stretched. The way Jared explains it is matter of fact and obviously has science behind it. No more stretching before workouts for me! Going to fire up those muscles 🙌”
