Improves on every flaw
UPDATE: Other reviews have pointed out the flaws in this show, but it improves on all of them over time. The bad theme song in the first season is replaced with a good version for season 2. The narrator who narrates too much in the early episodes only speaks two or three times in later episodes (except during the fights, where I don't mind it). The audio quality is bad early on but improves a bit over season 1. Season 2 audio is a huge step up. I'm glad I stuck with the show through those issues, because all of them got better. ORIGINAL: This show is not a procedural like most audio dramas; it doesn't have a formula it follows every episode (therapy session, interview, investigation, etc). It tells a big story that keeps evolving from a mystery into a huge fantasy adventure with magic, monsters, and folklore. The action is exciting and the twists keep me surprised. Some issues, but nothing too distracting.Read full review »
