Paul joined the Wisconsin Olympic strength and conditioning staff in 2021 as an assistant strength and conditioning coach, and currently oversees the Badgers women's hockey program. Paul joined the Badgers after most recently serving as the head strength and conditioning coach in the Ontario reign of the American Hockey League. Working with the LA Kings strength and conditioning staff, Paul created and implemented the reins off a strength and conditioning programming return to play protocols and rehab programs for injured players.
