A little path of light out of the darkness
If you are dealing with depression, or have someone near and dear to you who is, check out this new podcast! It features well-crafted stories from people who live with depression themselves, but have still found success in the world, sharing some of the different ways they've learned to cope and still be functioning members of society. So far they are comedians and entertainers, which brings some levity to a topic that can be intimidating to talk about, but they also don't shy away from digging into their struggles either. It puts a human, relatable face onto a disease that is isolating and too often not discussed as openly as it should be. I have already subscribed and I can't wait for more episodes. Thanks, John Moe!Read full review »

Superb work, especially in this society of stigma and neglect for mental health care. Important work to be congratulated.
