“Really excellent debut for this show. The episodes so far have had a bit of everything, and have been pretty interesting even when I had no particular interest in the subject beforehand (Dodge Ball and Chuck. E. Cheese don't mean a huge amount to me as a Brit but their histories were fascinating all the same).
The trio of hosts are a charming combination of some of Polygon's more reserved content producers and this lends itself well to the feeling of a nice cosy discussion between friends that I get to sit in on. I feel even within the four episodes at the time of writing this review, they're getting into a great flow together with regards to how the show plays out, and the way they take it in turns each week to research and "host" each topic will be fantastic for keeping the show fresh as time goes on.”Read full review »
