“My only criticisms I have are that sometimes the distorted voice of the hotel is difficult to understand and the monologues feel like padding.

“I wasn’t a fan of the short episodes but starting in season 4 they get longer allowing for more of a story to be told. I can now understand it much better and the ins/outs of the hotel make more sense.”
