Misleading and poorly researched
Don't waste your time. Extremely misleading and harmful information in a lot of episodes. Cherry picks who they talk to and ignores a lot of scientific studies. There is occasionally some cool info in some episodes, but overall not worth listening to and you can easily find better informed...Read full review »
