Realness
I love Samantha‘s realness and the fact that she‘s not afraid to speak about taboos. Several episodes resonated deeply with me, both solo sessions and those with guests. Go listen to episode 100 with Rachel Luna about speaking one’s truth and 103 with Mastin Kipp about healing trauma. These are just two of many valuable conversations that provide a-ha-moments and broaden my horizon. Looking forward to the next episode. Thanks, Sam!

More reviews of The Sam Skelly Show
I am not sure what the earlier episodes are about but the last few episodes on leadership, growth, meaning and gratitude have been really inspirational. The conversation around purpose in episode 60 was especially timely as I am currently researching that topic. Will be recommending.
