But BBC, please stop forcing your paying customers to use the BBC sounds app. You are already in poor public standing, this is not the time to be giving them less choice and making it more difficult to access content that they pay for.
I'll be leaving home soon (as a to-be university student) and you can bet that if I can't easily access content I pay for, I'm not going to pay for that content.
