Having both the medical/scientific background in health and the experience of hands on fitness training for so many years results in this: the information we all need to know to understand on how our bodies function. Jade explains the details well, even when he sometimes gets carried away a bit with all that biochemistry stuff, it is still easy to understand and makes so much sense. I always loved the simplicity of the language you use in your books, blogs, posts, and now Podcasts. Keep’em comin’!!

I have followed Dr Teta for a while. I can’t even remember where I found him it’s been so long, but I think I heard him as a guest on another podcast.
