“Congratulations to James, Diren and team for a riveting podcast. Sonny Webster gave an account of his ban, the costs financially, mentally and emotionally. Plus the honesty of the hosts with their circumstances which made this podcast very emotive. Anyone involved in elite sport will recognise the situation but may not know about the bear traps laid out by drug testing and governing bodies. Those of us not in elite sport, just an ordinary person with daily life challenges will benefit from listening to this podcast, hearing the trials these 3 have faced and managed to continue and pull through is valuable to learn from.
The bench mark has been set , keep it up.
