I listened to the first few podcasts when he started it, then I took a break to listen to other podcasts, but ultimately came back and forgot about how much I enjoy the way he explains concepts. As someone who used to be chubby and never exercised or played a sport, started competing in bikini and figure, struggled with negative food associations, negative body image, going from exercising to training, learning the difference between dieting and nutrition, and having a perpetual curiosity for self development, I absolutely agree with every “health” topic discussed. I spent 2019 with my intention to be “healthier physically, mentally, and emotionally.” Whatever image coincided with being the healthiest version of myself is all I wanted to be because “health” is more important than ego. The improvement never ends with that mindset. It’s not being unhappy with your current state, it’s being more aware about the actions you do in the moment that are progressing you or keeping you the same. It’s refreshing to listen to him because 1. He’s spot on about the topics. 2. Integrity of his beliefs. Thanks for the great content!!!”
