“It is rare to find people like Jim Rutt who is both able to ask the right questions, find the right people to answer them, and actively engaging in the work to implement these answers in the real world.
Even in my most enthusiastic listening of e.g. The Portal, Joe Rogan Experience or Rebel Wisdom I always feel that the podcasts fall short when it comes to engaging in the hard work that is needed to create that change that we so desperately need today.
In this I admire Jim Rutt very much. Cause he does not just end his very deep and enthusiastic discussions only with a note of inspiring engagement from his listeners, no he actually himself engages in brave ventures for believable change that invites the listener to participate and create the world our hearts know is possible.
