I started listening to his show after hearing ads for it on another podcast, and after the first episode I was hooked. Jordan is a master in the art of interviewing. I interview people for a living, and I still learn new ways to engage an interviewee from Jordan’s show.
This is one of those shows where you can pick up anywhere and not have to go back three seasons to understand what the host and guests are talking about. Each episode is around 1 hour, give or take, with some episodes upwards of 1.5 hours. In a typical week you have three episodes with two long-form interviews and one advice-style episode called “Feedback Friday” where listeners ask for advice to their unique situations. The guests interviewed each week appear to be mostly on a typical book-tour circuit, but many are simply amazing people with the most captivating stories.
