Today’s episode explores the particular roles of Ministers in the planning and execution of the 1994 Genocide against Tutsi, especially in their sectors of origin. These ministers actively contributed and supervised the recruitment of youth to join the Interahamwe militia and continued inciting hatred for Tutsi amongst civilians.
