Another way to opt out
I'm very familiar with Bob Murphy as an Austrian economist who has written several accessible books for the general public. Most recently, Bob has come to prominence as the co-host of the weekly podcast Contra Krugman. Here, Bob is joined by his collaborator and business partner, Carlos Lara, where they describe a unique and little-known way to circumvent the banking system (which has become, through the Federal Reserve, a virtual fourth branch of government). To date, the most successful way to opt out of the system has been through homeschooling, but Bob and Carlos now describe the Nelson Nash "Infinite Banking Concept" as an novel and exciting new way to opt out of the broken national government system. Great dynamic, and I love how Carlos is able to slow down and clarify the concepts Bob throws at you.
