“Read over some of the negative and toxic reviews written here and just had to write my own review on Brian’s work. I think these people who leave negative reviews here are not people trying to work on their BPD, or they just simply didn’t pay enough attention for the key takeaways and quickly disregarded it. If you really have BPD (or any emotionally unhealthy aspects in ur life) and suffered enough, you would find this information the most valuable info you could ever find. Im someone who listened to all the podcast episode within 3 weeks and this was in September, almost around 4 months ago. Since you need to do your OWN work, it takes time to absorb and digest this information in order to make it your own. Im now able to see this disorder so clearly now from a outside view I never had, as well as being able to see what exactly went wrong. Why everything happened and things are how they are now. What seemed to be permanent despair is now quite the opposite. You would never be able to get this information from anywhere else because they simply don’t have that kind of insight cus they never had it. They wouldn’t even be able to imagine what it’s like. That’s why they’re able to screw everyone over by adding confusing fancy vocabulary that will never get you anywhere but further from recovery. Thank you Brian for everything.”
