This is a show made to help people who are emotionally unhealthy. Keep that in mind when you read the negative reviews. The podcast is 10/10 and agrees with (good) psychologists. It’s heart warming, entertaining, easily understandable and incredibly helpful. If you have had challenges in your...Read full review »

To anyone new here, this man saved my life. After almost two and a half years of listening to every single episode he has posted (and oftentimes multiple times), listening to his full fundamentals course multiple times, chewing on things and mulling over things constantly like Brian has talked...Read full review »

Thank you for giving me the information I needed to begin the 12 step process of apologizing to my children. Being an emotionally unhealthy parent has had a long lasting affect. It’s time for me to step up and acknowledge my actions as well as my indifference to their feelings

Brian’s podcast has been a vital element to my recovery in BPD. I wouldn’t have made the progress that I have over the last 9 months if I hadn’t found him! I would highly recommend it to anyone needing guidance to escaping from mental unhealth.

Read over some of the negative and toxic reviews written here and just had to write my own review on Brian’s work. I think these people who leave negative reviews here are not people trying to work on their BPD, or they just simply didn’t pay enough attention for the key takeaways and quickly...Read full review »

This helped me heal from borderline personality disorder and depression, it was more informative than any talk I had with medical professionals or psychologists. I hope that one day this information will be available in more languages, so even more people get the chance to heal. You are doing a...Read full review »

The first few episodes are worth listening to, but mid-season 1 until at least season 3 he contradicts himself numerous times and the ‘show’ becomes more about himself and promoting his paid ‘classes’ than about presenting relevant information/stories about emotional health. Examples: He says...Read full review »

This is an extremely valuable podcast. I see it as a major contribution to the kind of insight that we so desperately need in our world today. This great service Brian has rendered is to provide us template for our own insight and the foundation we continue to build on for the rest of our lives,...Read full review »

A lot of great info but I feel excluded as a queer person listening as a lot of opposite-sex language is used.

I’ve been following Brian’s work for about a year and a half (since my BPD diagnosis), and to say it has been life-changing is an understatement. He’s incredibly insightful and focuses on the root causes, so you can address the real problems rather than just putting a band aid the symptoms. It’s...Read full review »

So many people seem to have a black and white opinion about what is valuable about what Brian has to say. I’m both a clinician and a recovered psychiatric patient from BPD. I agree that full recovery is possible with hope being at the top of the list, but I also believe that BPD is a diagnosable mental illness. I believe recovery is possible through hard work in one of the evidence based therapies .
