Adam Davids is a proud Aboriginal man and leader who spent four months in the United States in 2019 on a Fulbright scholarship. Adam's research into programs that have delivered sustained benefits for minority groups identified six attributes. Adam shares these attributes and how the research expanded his own thinking about social, political and economic justice. This is a great discussion that is worth taking the time to listen to.
