Ryan’s show is very insightful for those willing to learn, no matter where you are in your career. The titles are very closely to what the main topic is for the episode, so pay close attention and you then you might become a better leader and hence a better individual.

I love the podcast, I get a lot of ideas and gems from the episodes / conversation. I just wish the show had more diversity. 95% of the guest are white men or women.
