A unique perspective on a familiar world
First thing is first - I love this podcast. The world, to me, is a mix of Fallout, Borderlands, and Mad Max, except that it has a unique twist. It seems to be set in a sort of post apocalyptic universe (although the writing hasn't explicitly confirmed this). The city of Atrius, compiled of "civilized" people is going to explore The Fringe, which is, from what I can tell, a rugged wasteland like one would find in the Fallout universes, the city of Atrius being like a vault or well established city. The unique aspect of this story that I love is that its main protagonist, for lack of a better term on my part, is sociologist put to the task on observing the societal infrastructure of the "monstrous" population that composes The Fringe. This I have not seen explored before and this is what I love about the podcast. I could write more but I'll stop. Great work!Read full review »
