A Mediterranean gin at it's core, Gin Mare leads with basil, thyme, and rosemary. If there was ever a gin that required an olive, this is it. Simply a perfect martini! Sweet and earthy with lots of sweet herbal notes both on the nose and the palate. Light and dry initially with the herbs and a touch of spice on the finish. This is a PERFECT summer gin!
